Pathetic service! None of the orders were right. Staff kept bringing the wrong food and kept asking us to repeat our orders. My husband's chicken was raw. The food for our group came to the table at all different times and then still had to be returned because it was either the wrong food or raw and the kids food came last so they were hungry and crying and then we had to repeatedly ask for the drinks and noone ate together. 2 of the waiters were pathetic. Customer satisfaction clearly means nothing to them. They moved so slowly with no purpose. The 1 was just downright rude and had an 'I don't give a darn attitude'. Noone enjoyed the food or the experience. This Nandos is usually on the ball but not today. I did notice that the usual manager wasn't there. He runs a tight ship and it shows! 1 star is 1 star too many!

26-01-2021 Update: Excellent service from George once again. He made sure my meal was prepared perfectly! The meal was absolutely delicious! Definitely recommend Nando's Plattekloof Village! Amazing service from George and Annelie. Really impressed.

Probably the best tasting and most consistent Nandos in Cape Town... I just feel that they need to start feeding their chickens more because my quarter chicken was lacking meat, but thanks to my 6 chips i was filled up for my R69...

I’m usually quite picky when it comes to Nando’s and I truly only like eating from one branch (mainly due to the sure consistency and convenience of it). However, I was in Plattekloof and decided to give this one a shot. Although the staff were a little overwhelmed quiet compared to what I’m used to, the food was amazing!
