The staff is very friendly and that's about it...being a novice at buying carpentry materials we weren't sure what to look out for and this made us targets for corruption. When we bought our materials we were fooled by the friendly staff into buying or paying thousands of rands for materials we were never gonna use...if it wasn't for our carpenter that was honest enough to show us an invoice showing that we paid for stuff we were never gonna use we wouldn't have known or be any the wiser and would have accepted it that the material was expensive. People should insist on getting an invoice, before paying the bill, as to inspect that you are paying for the correct number of materials that you are supposed to get and nothing more...we were supposed to buy and pay for 3 wooden boards and without receiving or getting an invoice we ended up paying for 7 unnecessary boards, which if it wasn't for the carpenter we would have bought unnecessary boards. So be careful when shopping here...friendly staff may not always be a good thing because where money is concerned everybody is always looking out for their own pockets in trying to swindle unsuspecting customers out of their hard earned cash....

Very very very poor craftsmanship. Unable to supply a quality product we paid for. When informed about the issue there was no attempt made to correct the problem. These people don't know how to use a tape measure. Wish I could give half a star!!!

I am so disappointed in Board Plaza Bloemfontein we tried exchanging boards but they tell us they are ruined ..who ruins boards in less than 24hrs ....Our reason was so simple bcoz it makes our kitchen dark ..Come on ..really now ?????
