Ordered white board was promised I could collect on Monday or latest Tuesday the 17th . Was phoned and told on Tuesday pa long story about edging not done was promised Wednesday morning at 08h00 . Needless to say went to collect at 14h00 on Wednesday still not ready. Had to go back on Thursday morning t collect. No apology no explanation. Workers waiting to install cupboards since Tuesday afternoon sitting doing nothing for which we had to pay them . PBC didn't give a toss about the fact that being a Guesthouse we needed to get the cupboards in to enable us to carry on with business. Had to tell guests wanting to book with us that we were full as the kit hen was stripped bare since Tuesday. O feel like sending them an invoice for loss of turnover .
