Replies to bad reviews instantly, doesn't bother to let anyone know when he is not coming to an appointment. -------------------------------- Response; obviously I have to use a gmail account to leave a review here. You made an appointment you didn't bother to keep nor inform us you weren't coming. You're quick enough to complain about bad reviews - maybe take some responsibility for your unprofessionalism or improve your communication skills.
Excellent service received by Wayne and his team. Will definitely recommend POD for root extractions from sewer lines. They have all the proper equipment that ensures that the job is done properly.
Wayne and his team did an outstanding job. He was punctual, friendly and efficient.
Wayne was great! He showed up in less than an hour, quoted me after inspection, had all the right tools already, and got on with it. He was friendly, professional and quick. He isn't the greatest on the phone, but he makes up for it everywhere else.

Really impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company. They were very honest about my options and didn't try and pressure me one way or another. They also were patient in helping me understand the process. I checked all licences and insurance and was impressed that they had all of those in place. I am a little bit anal that way and requested to be listed as additionally insured and they had no problem with that. They also spoke highly of their competition and I thought that went a long way to show their character. I wish this business years of continued success, they certainly are top notch
