When I first saw the store I had assumed that it was just another chinese store that sold cheap products. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it is in fact a german company, which sells fantastic furniture as a general rule, with a few exceptions which caters for those of us with not much money. Head over and browse before you settle on buying furniture from another company.

Bought a fridge there at a great price but when I opened it it had a dent in. When I returned it, it only took me a few minutes. They were extremely friendly and reassuring. The best experience doing a return so far.

Some of the items on sale were good quality and that is why I am not giving it one star. There is not enough parking for a store that size. To add to the parking problem, due to poorly laid out one way system the have going around leading to dead ends which means you have to to a 20 point turn (due to the tight space) to get out the wrong way up a one way. It took us 25 minutes to find a parking. The shop is nice enough and staff on the floor are friendly and helpful but the store is also doesn't have a great layout. We bought 1 table and were told to go to collections at the back of the store to collect. This meant driving my car through the chaos outside again and trying to find a parking in that area. This took another 20 minutes. We went into the collections office to collect our table and after standing in a queue for about 15 minutes, we were told that our table would take an hour to be picked from the store room and that we would just have to wait. We were not the only customers there that were upset. There were some customers that asked for an immediate refund because they had such a terrible shopping experience. Unless something changes, I would not go there again.

I think the idea is to be a reasonably priced store. They do have a great variety but clearly some of their products are really low quality and cheaply made, this is fine if their prices matched the quality but it doesnt. Particularly the cabinets and wardrobe products. They do have some good quality items as well. Need to buck up on restocking faster.

Great shop. Far from CPT central but worthwhile when they have specials. Check online. Not great parking but good shopping experience

It has the potential to draw so many people with the great products & deals on offer. But driving by, no one is really sure what's on offer inside - the building seems very closed off & private from the public

Always has specials - never has stock. (Tried 3 times at different occasions just to buy a simple wall unit - Once was even on the first day just as they opened) - Don't even bother asking floor staff for assistance - and really don't bother calling or trying to speak to a manager - only one person usually knows what's going on in the store.
