Always extremely bad experience. Lots of items without prices. Staff standing bored. No one greets. If you get someone to respond on an item you require, you get a vague wave to the direction. No one will actually show you. At the tills the button for the snake announcer is not working, so the cashier shots at you to come. No greeting.not offering you bag. No apology. Security not greeting. Just tick slip. No interaction. No engagement. Time to replace people... what happened to Happy to Help?

The builders warehouse "till" staff in Polokwane (Nirvana) don't know customer service! The staff are inefficient, customers have to spend a lot of time waiting for things that should be quick in and out! Everytime I visit the store it's the same thing! No management. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Clean and stocked with most diy stuff. Service was poor and non existing. It is also expensive.
