Poor service.. I consulted same lady in two different days first day she said they had system problems.. The following day i went she said the sim cards were out of stock since two days back. I told her you didn't say that yesterday. She started giving me attitude and was busy with other things. Unfortunately she didn't have a name badge. Poor service if it was not contract I'd change the network.

We went to the shop on 23 September 2019 to do a sim swop we were charge R115.00 for this service and was told to insert the new sim card after 4hrs we did it but sim was not working we call cell c Savanamall and they found that they made a mistake with the Rica serial nr they said they will rectify the problem and i must insert new sim after 4 hrs we did that and still the sim was not working we call customer care and they told us to call again in the morning . Today 24 Sep 2019 we call and said that the sim swap was done on the system but it was still not working in my phone we went to a cell c shop in mokopane to check for us and we were told that there is something wrong with the sim card so we bought a sim and call the call centre to do the sim swop and was told it will cost us R50 . Now we want to know if Cell c Savana mall are going to pay as back the R115.00 we paid as they did not activate our sim swop . Thanks Johan

Service is extremely slow. Staff members dont seem to have the proper training and are more interested in speaking to each other than getting on with the work.

To cut a long story i took my phone to Cellc Savannah for repair because that is where i bought it , after few days i received an Sms saying its ready for collection ,when i when there the staff member told me they have never received it , i called Cellc repairs and they told me the phone was delivered to the store and signed off by a certain staff member, i went back to the store and they still told me the same story then i asked to speak to the manager .She told them they must tell be that "she is busy "i left and i called Cellc repairs again ...they told me i must go to the store and fetch my phone ,few minutes later my phone was deliver to me ..after the told me it is still with their technicians and they were even showing to on their system ...guess what i used the phone for 2 days and it started acting up the way it was before i took it for repairs.. i will never take anything from Cellc ....Customer service "0"

i went to cell c savannah mall in sept to open up a contract i chose a fone was helped ...was clear im not interested in other services they were offering ....ok time went by and i was suprised why no debits were taken and i got a shock that my services were cancelled om further inquiry with customer care i found out that the people from cell c savannah commited fraud with my account and i was paying for 3 different contracts ontop of that it was by luck that they captured wrong banking details or i would have never noticed ....i want nothing to do with cell c and i advise everyone who takes any contract with them to read carefully and make sure they dont do the same to you
