Store is neat, tidy, spacious and well arranged. Staff are helpful and friendly. There is a clinic at the store for both kids and adults. Best Dis-Chem store in Polokwane.

The dispensary is pathetic & slow. Worst still is they think this is ok. I hate visiting this branch. If this is Dischem's service, I prefer to go else where. I am tired of waiting in needless queues

Spent 40 minutes in the queue this morning. Not an issue. Well organised. Fantastic service from the guard managing the queue. Inside the service was exceptional. From the lady at the returns counter to the dispensary and the cashier at the till. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Well done

When there is a lot of customers at the Pharmacy for Prescriptions, then there is only 1 or 2 staff to help. Then you wait so long to be helped. Even if you want to give in pre scription at the pick up desk, to be picked up later, you don't get helped the one lady just said I don't do this you have to and wait for one of the pharmacists to help you then there is a lot of customers waiting to be helped. Then I must go back to work after I waited 45min to be helped.

Dischem is my favorite in general. The Dischem shop at Savannah mall seems to always be well-stocked up. Their service is great. Some, and most, of us can't live without this shop. Lack of health knowledge may lead anyone to disagree with me. This is the place where you can get all your lactose-free, starch-free and gluten free goods.
