I tried to find this shop and even called them. As far as I know, they are located in a Virgin Active (and the lady at the gym confirmed this) but I was directed to the public swimming pool over and over by Google Maps. The security at the pool couldn't help with pointing out where Kauai or the Virgin Active was. We left looking for an alternative eatery in the area. Further to feedback received from Kauai (after my poor rating above), the general public should be informed that this store is for Virgin Active MEMBERS ONLY. For out of towners like me, there was no visible signage of the location of this gym and even as I look for it now on Google Maps, it still points to the bare grounds of the public swimming pool.

Worst Kauai experience. 1) The cashier(Priscilla) was eating a meal in the backroom, this was around 15:00. I had to wait for her to finish eat before she served me 2) She had an attitude when redeeming smoothie voucher codes from vodacom. She shouted at me claiming she entered the voucher code three times Note : I went there a month back and was served by a different cashier, she didn't have an issue with entering the vouchers. Please make sure this cashier(Priscilla) doesn't continue working for Kauai. She ruined my whole day, I'm going to the kauai at Thornhill even though it's less convenient
