The service is very poor. We ordered food with drinks but they only served us meals with no drinks until we finish eating. We had to request refund for our drinks. They didn't see anything wrong with their service though.

My favorite Nando's in Polokwane, I recommend this one for anyone who wants a fresh meal, though the latest interior modifications seem to accommodate more people but with less comfort, I mean couches are more comfortable then benches...
Great quick service with moderate pricing loved the place
Filthy tables, we asked to get our table cleaned but the waitress said to us there's someone to clean tables but no one ever came to clean for about 15mins we had to relocate to a new table, that I also had to clean and sanitize myself. It's sad to see the service declining like this ,used to be one of my favorite spots with my family. The guy who eventually came to clean the table we moved from was very nice and efficient. There should be more people like him there.
Compliments to the Chef. Waiters need to smile and talk to customers for example a simple thing like enjoy your meal.
