The staff there really respect the covid regulations which is a big plus. I found the office stuff to be too serious, Its all business approach. I did not get any feeling that I was important or special. No shattle for clients that brought cars for service, no coffee or tea offered onsite. my customer experience was average \u200d️. My personal feeling is that customer service could be enhanced and improved. Workmanship, I found nothing wrong, my car was ready on time, I got a call just after midday to say my car was ready for collection, so far I have found everything to just right on the car.

There is a guy called Lizen at BB used Polokwane I wish he was the owner many people will buy cars from there .this guy knows very well about customer service and he is very patient with the customer no matter how high is the customer he always provide good service even though the procedure delayes the process but with Lizen u will feel very special as a customer even his manager is a good and understanding guy .I truly like their service.
2 and a half stars...the stars are for the guys who serviced my car and the one lady who assisted me at the reception when my battery died but as for the rest of the reception ladies ay no they not welcoming you'd swear you're at shoprite waiting for a cashier to tell you that your card has declined.

I am not happy with the service I have received at this dealership. I have been to many Nissan Services Centers and this is one of the worst i have ever received. My car has been there for 4 weeks and the only update i get is only when i give them a call. No one follow up, No Gives updates. Its been week 4 and I guess i have to call in order to get latest status update. WORST WORST WORST service i have ever received.
