Service is very bad. my cousin runs a business...he orders cream cheese way in advance...the day he goes to collect the cheese...oh sorry it has not arrived...come back next week...the same happens. If you are lucky...in the the 3rd week you mite be lucky to get your order. From order date to receiving your order takes between 4 and 5 weeks...its unacceptable. I rate Parmalat Nil...Zero out if ten.
