On Monday 15 March 2021, spoke to Serwin, he immediately assisted us with very sharp interest and commitment. I was looking for 15inch 5 hole rims for a VW Polo as mine broke a piece out. Other than what he could show me on the floor he went the extra mile by phoning all the suppliers and obtained various photo's that he telephonically send me to give me a bigger selection to decide on. Most other place I went to just showed me one or two rims and put no other effort into it. I received assistance till after normal working hours on Monday. Tuesday morning he again sorted the ordering out and promised to see if he could get it delivered by the next day. well to say the least it is all sorted and done today and still he remained friendly and helpful all the way. the rest of the staff was just as speedy and overall it was a pleasure to watch them work and assist to get thing sorted. Excellent service!!!! Thank you
