When asking for help or enquire at reception , it was seems to be an issue. No one wants to help when you need to go anywhere.. Simple answer. Go to that room... where is the room, they sit on their cell phones chatting away.. disgusting.. another failed government institution

They are pretty effective and considering how long things uselly take to get done in SA the port shepston magistrate court is pretty effective at getting maters sorted out.
Have been standing in the queue at the payments office for an hour and 45 minutes - no one has bothered to come and tell us if their computers are offline or what their problem is!! Shocking service- actually NO service. Go to Ramsgate court rather their staff are friendly and efficient
