10000 shirts and 10000 caps needed a discount and we still require the discount. The Managers Archie and Precious promised a discount but they never gave us the discount, there was a mishap with the branding and it was clearly Portesa company fault on their part. After sales service clearly needs to be improved as you cannot just bully smaller companies now because you are a big corporate. Logos came out great, but all side logos were not positioned the same. Sylvester, Precious, Archie and Nomazulu please need to look into this on our next purchase.

It's a really good place to find all your work wear for site work and construction wear they have everything from clothing and hard hats to steel tip shoes and cleaning products and cleaning equipment. My only concern is the waiting period, 3 hours wait is a long time since there was only 15 people in the queue. Otherwise it's a good place to go; next time will opt for their free delivery option. Even thought we got free coffee from Precious and Lufuno the 3 hours wait was too much
