I sent parcel from Matatiele postnet. Then after 3 days Phoned Matatiele postnet to find out where is the parcel and I give tracking number and contact number. They took 5minutes to take my details then phone being cut off. I called back one hour later, they said the computer was busy so they didn't even bother to check where is my parcel.
