Always friendly and helpful, can get busy but the service is quick and of high quality.
I have only tried to use this particular shop twice, first time the lady helping me was very rude and was not very helpful at all. I can't say they are always like that, but because I was in a hurry and she was in no rush to finish - it seemed unprofessional. Second time I tried to use the service, I looked online for their trading hours only to find once I had arrived that they have changed. I hope they can be updated in timely manner as some people depend on information available online.
Service is okay. R99 to post anything under 5kg to any postnet in the country is a reasonable offer.
