Helping a child reach their full potential is Abraham Kriel's No 1 passion. They strive to provide children who have endured the ugly side of life with the best care possible and the leaps and bounds of improvement excite them as they witness the incredible transformation taking place right before their eyes on a daily basis. They provide specialized residential care for children who are removed from dangerous and damaging situations by the Children’s Court. These children are in their care 24/7 and they are responsible for their mental, physical and emotional well-being as well as their education and health. In the ideal world all children should be with their families but the reality is that they have to think long term since the majority of their kids remain with them throughout their school careers. Help them to make a difference and donate for good!

The lights festival is more beautiful every year and the money goes for a good cause.
I froze, mesmerized. Millions of lights flashing to the beat of the most beautiful Christmas songs. I stood there as tears rolled down my cheeks. I didn't care and I didn't attempt to hide it. I couldn't take my eyes off the amazement around me. Wondering what it probably felt like for the children living there, for them to experience this absolutely stunning showcase of lights and music. I cried because these children have no parents, no loving families and no place called home to visit for Christmas. I cried because I have that. I cried for them, and for every person taking care of them and providing for them in every way. For every sponsor making this pissible. I cried because it reminded me of how great He is and of how much I have to be thankful for I went back the following year, as I will do this year, and every year for as long as I shall live ️
The Liggiefees is on annually from late November till after Christmas as n fund raising initiative. This festival is however no small event and the lights are truly something to behold! Be sure to lookout for top artists that's preforming there on the weekends in their tent ( rain won't be a problem) . From old to young can come and enjoy this festival of light that displays what can be done with passion and a bit of effort. Thanks for the amazing work you have done! And as a bonus you get to support a good cause. The entire festival is wheelchair and stroller friendly.
