I was okay , standard music shop , heavely over priced , and then it isn't even the good stuff or the best of the best ... Situated in a run down area in Potchefstroom , which made most of the visits for my music students very unpleasant ... And then still not worth the visit. I once waited 2 months for cello strings and they almost never have my guitar strings in stock - and then blame it on their supplier ... Not the best service , but at least always a friendly face greating their customer ...

Wouldnt suggest Musikland for the purchase of guitars or drums for intetmediate playing . But they do have plenty other good hardware for your instruments and plenty of other sound accesories . I come here regularly for music accesories

I'm not giving it 5 stars just because of my relationship with Johan an Mariqi, but purely because they make every encounter worthwhile. Johan has great knowledge and has amazing skill and the same goes to Mariqi with her art talent. I only wish for more guitar variety (including bigger brands) but other than that, I would recommend Musikland to anyone in the area in search of musical guidance, understanding of instruments and an overall joyful experience as well. Thank you Johan and Mariqi Erasmus for everything!
