The staff went above and beyond when I needed assistance during the lockdown. They made sure I could order contact lenses during level 5 and repaired my glasses within a week during level 4. I am very impressed
the optometrist conducting the eye test was pleasant and knowledgeable. However, the reception/admin was unpleasant and very unhelpful. This branch of a SpecSavers charges way too much money, and apparently they don't give clients a temporary solution while they wait for lenses to be changed. So it's either you're practically blind while you wait for your glasses for weeks, or you have to just buy a new frame. I've had better experience at the branch in Bloem,
I hope I never have to go back to this branch. I would rather go to an independent optometrist not on my medical aid network and pay more than support these people.

It was a pleasure to have my eyes tested at Execuspecs Potchefstroom. The optometrist and staff are very passionate about what they do. I am Also very satisfied with my spectacles. I only used to wear contact lenses but I enjoy my spectacles so much that I only wear them now.
Potch Spec-savers staff is very rude. Not friendly at all. And this is not the first time.
Very good optometrist. Would recommend Odette to anyone.
