Went for a simple data package cancellation and upgrade. Took me an hour not of waiting but of the incompetent staff to process my request and then finally thought it was being done correctly. After two weeks I ran out of data and phoned Vodacom to assist. They said my upgrade request got cancelled and I was put back on my old plan...heaven knows why. This is really the worst shop I visited. It’s not the first time I had trouble with this store. Take my advice and go somewhere else. Incompetent people!!

There is an employee who helped me yesterday. His name was Dillan , this was the best service i have ever received from any service provider shop. Can vodacom please make this guy a manager? Well done Dillan!

I was at the mooi rivier Mall on 05 May when I saw a employee of the Vodacom 4U shop shout at a customer, using faul language. The customer calmly walked away but the employee followed the customer into the halls of the mall shouthing & swearing at him. This is utterly unprofessional behaviour & service at the 4U shop is terrible.
The staff is mostly muslim and they prioritize their fellow muslims only. I went there to do a sim swap and they told me they are busy with others and they have no time for sim swap.
Extremely poor service. I took my phone in for repairs (6 months ago from the date of writing this review) and I'm still waiting for my phone to be repaired. When i took it in it was under warranty. Upon taking it in for repairs it was not communicated to me at all in what condition did they required my phone to be in for the repair to be carried out successfully e.g. provide my icloud username and password and to deactivate my FMI, all I was told was that I should have known, as if i had ever worked at the store or the repair center before. Now my phone is out of warranty and they refuse to repair it free of charge because they refuse to acknowledge that the initial date of me taking the phone in for repairs (prior the repair center bringing it in to the store twice on separate occasions for me to provide my icloud details and deactivate my FMI) was within the warranty period. When i asked for the branch managers/store owners contact details i was given the wrong number, with 11 digits.
Absolutely terrible service. Appalling communication, unhelpful and rude staff.
I called then phone was pi ked up immediate and helped by Shaman.
