I ordered a perspex box and an engraved plate for an event last year which to this day I have not received. I initially received only the box, only to find it came with a deep scratch I sent it back which was such a difficult process. I also followed up on the plate. We are now in March of 2019 and I ordered this in 2018 I still do not have the box. I have complained about the service several times on email and asked that they give me the owners details I have not received a response so I was unable to contact the owner. when I called to speak to the owner I was put through to a manager by the name of Jennifer Hartwell who is as incompetent and unhelpful as the agent I dealt with Shadrack Maziya. I last received an email from Grace who said the flexi plate was ready for collection on the 4th of March, already 3 months into the year. When I initially placed this order I was charged for delivery and now they want me to collect the plate with absolutely no mention of the perspex box I ordered. I sent a response via email on the 4th of March to Grace, Jennifer and Shadrack explaining that I was appalled by the service or lack of service that I have received and would like the number of the owner to date I have not received a response. This also is not the first time I asked for the owners details but once again I was ignored. I still do not have the stuff I ordered. I will never use this company again. I will also advise that if you want good service and to actually receive what you have ordered in good condition you don't use them either
