Horrible service. Our booking was taken but not written down, so we had to return the next day. Upon arrival we were told that they are behind and we should come back in 2 hours. When we returned after 2 hours they had not even started shaving the dogs. We asked the woman behind the counter how far they were and she said she does not know we should go check for ourselves. The owner/manager does not seem to care what kind of service is provided. Would NEVER use again.
