I have been dealing with ARB Gezina for almost 5 years. Don't recall ever getting good service from the branch or any of the reps. Every time i discuss it with the rep he says he will sort it out and make sure its done, it goes well for a week or so then back to the same old stories and yet I keep giving them another chance. We operate a coal mine and cant rely on them as we need to keep the plant running. Nicky was the first rep and internal sales is Christiaan which are both unreliable and never get back to you. the new rep is Rouan and still the same. i have orders outstanding from March this year. When i request the contact details for the branch manager I get ignored which is nothing new. I hope this review might get some response. There are quiet a few electrical companies dying for business especially in these hard times.
