please do not attempt to use Dr Lobogo/Masango, I went there to replace my retainer, first I got there the reception is clueless on everything, and so unprofessional, I went there and she washed my teeth without telling me, while I went to replace a retainer, the retainer fell off after a week or less and I went back there, she fixed it again and claimed that it might be the product she uses, the retainer feel off so I went back there again for the third time and she said it was a different tooth, so she fixed it, within a week everything feel off and I had to go back there again, when I tried talking to me she started screaming and pointing at me, so I yelled back, she made comments that her receptionist said I said I will never use her again, which was a lie, but even so whether I as it or not I am the client I am allowed to be UNHAPPY. I was even told they are doing me a favour, DO NOT USE HER, I have been charged twice for nothing and now I have to go find a proper dentist to do the job, sad because there are actually good GPs there. DO NOT USE Masango at Kingsley

Horrible service. The reception lady is completely useless and does not even know what veneers are yet she works for a dentist.
