Biddulphs is absolutely amazing. Not 1 issue. Excellent team. So helpful. On time to pack and collect at our Pretoria home and delivered 300 km further in Nelspruit. Unpacked and placed everything where it was shown to be. Will recommend them 100 times over. Keep up the excellent job.

I have used Biddulphs twice and I have been very satisfied with their service. The first time they packed all my goods and stored them and everything was there without any damage when they delivered later. The second time I used them to move from Pretoria to Cape Town. They provided an excellent service. They were communicative, helpful and went out of their way to provide me with special requirements. They are professional. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience of our families lives. They got their dates mixed up. Their confirmation email stated that we would load on Tuesday the 30th of March. By 10am when we called them, they said we are only loading the 31st.... They then corrected their mistake. However, it is now 15h00 - Still no truck has arrived at the loading adres. If we call the offices, they are absolutely useless! Shocking! Shocking! Shocking!

Very bad experience. International move to UK from Craighall Park, Johannesburg. Packing process was like babysitting. Constant questions from packers. Nice guys and not their fault. No management on site. We had to advise and repeat instructions daily on what was to be packed. Our Container arrived at 3pm on day of removal. No explanation given other than an admittance that this was not planned well. Given a meaningless lacklustre apology on site at around 5pm. The container left our house around 6pm. No advice on sailing date or arrival in UK despite assurance that this would be made available when the ship departed SA port. The first notice/update of our shipment was that it had cleared UK customs in London Gateway and was now incurring standing fees by the port. This update did not come from Biddulphs. The sales team are very competent and friendly. The operations and logistics team are unprofessional and of little help, which is where it counts. Biddulphs are happy to take your money but not to offer any help or advice afterwards. Avoid this company. Sell your stuff as there is no alternative.

Loading no problem . Off loading a major issue! Not enough staff and arriving 1 hrs late! No coms from company. I jad to a call them. I had to hire staff to assist!
