I needed to do a money exchange and was helped by Tebogo. He was very professional and very thorough but somehow we counted 110 less than what I thought I counted. He checked it three times by hand since the automated teller does not count Canadian notes. Three hours later I received a call from Tebogo to let me know he found the other 100. That means he most have hand counted the money again, but what really impressed me was the fact that he called me to pay out the other R1030,00. He could have easily kept the money and I would never have known. I really appreciate his honesty and will for sure go back in future. Thank you Tebogo for your honesty. God bless.

They haven't updated their hours online for Saturdays. They actually close at 1pm, drove all the way there for nothing. Not impressed.

Service not impressive, totally unprofessional. Where does a teller get off telling a client that the money being collected is too much? The lady who was helping my wife was nasty, rood and unprofessional, the attitude needs to be worked on. Not a good customer service. FNB is far better than Bidvest it is better to use MoneyGram and get assistance at FNB. FNB has a very good customer service and polite, consultant 702202 is a terrible employee and as we counted our money it was short of a certain amount which I don't wish to disclose here. My associates will lodge a serious probe into this matter.
