Big Joe drilled a borehole on my premises in November 2019. It became apparent in 2020 that the borehole had a sedimentation problem due to faulty casing installation. Big Joe, at their cost, confirmed the casing defect. Big Joe, again at their own cost, flushed the sediment and installed a new / second / inner casing right down to the bottom of the borehole. This included gravel packing around the new casing. Problem solved. The fact that Big Joe investigated, acknowledged AND then repaired the problem at their own cost is fantastic service. Big Joe is NOT a "fly by night" company and is highly recommended.

Didn't get to any water, we were slightly disappointed after drilling up to 85m and spending quite a large amount with 0 results. There was one guy on the team who knew what he was doing, when speaking to the others, they said they were new and had no clue what was happening. A bit of a gamble when drilling as no water is guaranteed.

I engaged Big Joe for the drilling of a borehole at my property in Linksfield. They were very responsive, regularly communicating throughout the process and educated me along the way (it's my first borehole so this was a real learning). Isabel took the time to answer all my silly questions, whenever I asked. Derek came out to advise me on pumps etc once the dig had been done. Looking forward to completing the process after lockdown. I would highly highly recommend them.
Called Derick on 9 June 2020 - no answer. Sent him a whats app asking him to contact me for quote - only blue ticked me. Called him again on 15 Jun 2020. He answered - asked me to email details to him and they would get back to me. Have not heard from them up to date! Then businesses/people complain there's no work and times are hard!
Waiting for electrical compliance certificate for the borehole pump installation, for 7 months now. Just promises and nothing else. Maybe they do not use a qualified electrician.
I would definitely recommend Big Joe Drilling!!!! Derek was fantastic in everything that was done. Fully supervised, and what they drilled is what they charged. Totally Satisfied!!! Thanks All involved, Regards Brian.
