This guys are good at messing up with a bike. To them it's about money not proper service to customer satisfactory. I took my bike to them and it broke down the moment I left their store. They came picked it up and made me pay again, then when I when to collect for the second time the bike was worse and now after paying so much money they say they can't work on my bike they rather recommend me somewhere. They very slow and bad at service. If you want your bike to turn worse than it is please don't go here

Dont ever take your bike to bike and biker warehouse. We took our bike to them with gearbox problems. They told us they will order a new one. They never keep you up to date, they take there time, plus they leave you at your own mercy. When we got our bike back, it could not evenbidle, thebidle screw was loose, not even in, had to send to auto elec, and had to pay for that and still not running, after which, the gearbox still have the same problems, meaning they dooped us, how can we know what they did, we handed it over to ombudsman and hope to get it sorted. But their service is bad, dont trust them.

Have repeatedly taken scooter back. To only have to take it back a few days later. Your prices might be good but your workmanship leaves alot to be desired. How can you fix a drive belt without fixing the pulley. Not only is that poor workmanship it is downright dangerous. Not even 11 days later had to take scooter back for the drive belt again. Now you expect payment for a new drive belt and wheelers again plus a new pulley. I will be reporting this matter further. You do not jeopardise a client's life in that way.
