Would not recommend at all. This last encounter was an absolutely horrible experience. NO COMMUNICATION & PROJECT TOOK TOO LONG TO COMPLETE. Due to the lack of proper communication the product is essentially useless and a waste of money! UPDATE (24 July 2019): Attempts were made to rectify the issues experienced, however even these werent correct. But I have no inclination or willingness to fight / argue about this. It was a lesson learnt as I have moved on and found a different supplier for our projects. The first time we used Black Ice there were minimal issues or complaints (except that they went immediately to our competitor and sold them an exact replica of unit we commissioned). My advise to prospective clients; do your homework and make sure you as well as Black Ice know whats expected and insist on proper communication throughout.
