Incorrect Billing.Incompetent staff. Invalid statements(that is incorrect month, incorrect people on the invoices, no payment allocations). Refunds and deposits are retained . Customer care email never responds. No senior management intervention. Absolutely the worst experience , i would never recommend this company to anyone.
