If "zero star" rating was part of this rating den Bosch car service would have taken one. Service there is soo terrible. The service consultant who assisted me totally forgot about my car, remembered only when I called to enquire about how far is the service on my car, worse he didn't even acknowledge nor apologize for that. I left my at the workshop at 07h30 and when I got there at 15h30 my car was not even with technician, within 30 minutes my car was apparently ready to drive off. 1. He apparently did a major service But signed out for only minor service in the logbook. 2. He apparently needed 3 hours to do a service But took less than 30 minutes. 3. After each service the must be washed, mine was as it came, I had to take it back the following day. 4. I reported the matter on Monday 15 March 2021 But had no response from the management, even the acknowledgement of my email.

They had done a good job on my car. They are pricey and when I took my car back from them, they had left my windscreen wiper flipped back to front and I had to put it back myself and my hubcaps for my car had not been replaced by them as they should have. I reported all these issues to them and I didn't get an apology. My final verdict is that the mechanics do a good job on your vehicle but don't take responsibility for anything else after you car has been fixed. The salesmen need more people skills and learn hour to take criticism (constructive or otherwise).

NEVER again. Engine overhauled. Fix oildipstick tube with lots of silicon. Not all bolts are put back. Lots of engine bolts had to be helicoiled after Bosch worked on the engine. Engine cut out problems solved by other dealer. Engine-mounting bolt missing. Timing gearcover damage fixed with hammer. Old timing chain back on engine.

Their service is very bad I paid for brake pads and there were wrong ones and take them back. And up to so far I haven't received my money back
