I wish I could give you 10 stars, honestly I have received slower service at a fast food outlet. I dealt with Jackie and she was extremely helpful. I placed my order, and received my package within a mere 21 hours after payment. Their packaging is impressive as all the components were individually sealed in (quality) anti static pouches, inside of a custom made box with their logo LASER cut in the lid (Monster Kit). What impressed me was that the small loose items were neatly plugged in on the solderless breadboard so nothing gets damaged in transit. It is truly the little details that show you care about the customers and the products that you send to us. I ordered the Montser Arduino Kit (hence the custom box) and the included training - although I have not finished it yet, is presented in a clear and polished format that is easy to understand. To anyone interested in beginning electronics and Arduino: I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTSHOP. Thank you Jackie for your professional support and kind service. 200% fantastic. Would definitely buy from you again.
