Even if they want to help you they can't. They told me they can't make copies of my A1 and 2. I have been there 3 times and could not be assisted. Lyttelton has GOT everything on record and can assist you with emails. No worries.

Very helpful when you're there and need to do an affidavit etc, but completely useless when you try to report a crime over the phone since they just do not pick up. We probably called them six or seven times with no answer and when we called them earlier in the year on a seperate occasion, they never showed up even after saying they would.

Phones not working or not being answered. Either way this is not good from our Saps.

The police officer that certified my documents was very helpful and friendly. All the officers that certified my docs so far, are nice.

I have always had a good experience with the Brooklyn Police Station.

Unreasonably long waiting times. Services are directionless and inefficient. Spent most of the time waiting in line not knowing whether I was in the right line. No one was available to provide direction. Very few admin staff present to help manage the workload.

Absolutely horrendous and unfriendly service. There were over 20 people in the line and ONE police officer to help all. I had to wait 3 hours in the line only to be told to wait once I got to the front because there was NO ONE there to help with road accidents. There was no order and no one knew where to stand or where to go. The police officer was unfriendly and reluctant to help. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT PLEGDE TO HELP US. If you were part of a violent crime you'd have to wait hours for unfriendly people to help you.

I visited the weapon license department on 16/01/2020 for my application. What a joyful event. The people are professional and friendly. It feels like they want to help you. Thank you Brooklyn, keep it up.
