The first time we where there the service was fantastic. I actually want to give 0 stars, we bought a ring and had given it in six times because of diamonds falling out which after they told us that the ring apparently has to be serviced every eight months. But the first time the first diamond fell out 3 months after purchase. They refused a refund and said we could choose another ring or have one custom made. We decided to rather take a ring that was on the shelf. Not a month after we got the new ring the diamond fell out. Im sorry but this is pathetic. Would not recommend Browns to anyone.

I wanted to give 5 stars, really I did, but I was a tourist, buying an engagement ring with a limited amount of time to order and have resized and engraved. When I collected the ring, neither resizing nor engraving had been done, requiring me to take the ring to Browns in London. The alterations were completed free of charge but ultimately that required considerable effort in my part. Very disappointed.
