My son renewed his contract one month ago, Hawei p20 lite. After a months use of the phone the battery is swelling up, clearly a Manufacturing fault. But try and deal with the branch to rectify it, impossible. No Loan units, have to wait for 21 days to get the phone repaired. Excuses, excuse and more excuses. Very eager when they want to Sell contracts but after sales service is nil and void! Very disappointed with the service!
