I'm not usually one to complain, but this is just disrespectful. I recently got a new phone second-hand and decided, for good measure, to get a battery replacement so that the phone would be good as new. Instead of going to just any independant mobile repairsman, I decided to go to Cell Fix in Parkview, as it was situated in an upper-class, professional shopping centre, but professional was not the case. I paid the R 600 fee for a battery replacement, which was a fair price, but I expected to at least get a new battery. Once they were done, they forgot to put my cover back onto my phone. This did not bother me, we are all human and humans are prone to err. I returned to the store where they apologised and superglued my cover back. Once I got home to charge my battery, I realised that the battery was already on 40%. I experienced faults like my battery draining in an hour or less, getting stuck, dying when I went into certain apps (like YouTube) and generally just being unreliable when it came to battery life. This battery came from a phone that had been used for a long time. I did not return to the store to complain, because, as I mentioned, I get no joy out of complaining. Just be very thorough, people. Check first before leaving the store and keep your slips for in case. Don't be like me.
