Service was bad. I gave my key to the person behind the counter to make a duplicate. After waiting for ten minutes, I enquired about my key. He then said I never gave him any key making it seem that I was a liar. It took him a few minutes to realise that I did in fact give him a key which he gave to another person to check. Eventually I was told that they cannot make a duplicate because the key is too old.
