Conveniently close to home but not worth going. Service is bad, rude and unhelpful staff even the manager. I rather drive further for better service. If there was a zero star rating I would rate them that. By far the worst Clicks ever!!

There are 2 gentlemen who always put the mask on the chins and lift the face shields up so that it start to cover their face from nose up. I just don't know why people think covering their chins will stop the spread of the virus. Whhn I shared this with the manager she said. It's OK if he wears a face shield. This is a person who is inn a leadership position in a pharmaceutical industry and have pasted posters around the pharmacy on how to wear PPE's and how a face shield it's not enough protection hence clients wearing only it are not allowed in the pharmacy. A mask is a must for everyone. But I guess these rules only applies to customers and not the staff. This gives an impression that the customer's are the only 1 likely to spread the virus and not the staff.

This is the most unfriendly shop and very poor service, the cashiers don't even make eye contact with the clients. The staff is chatting with each other and you the client don't mean anything.

Conveniently close to my home, yet waited 45min in line just to get a script filled. No sense of urgency, 3 people left while waiting in line.

If there was a 0 star option, that's what they would get from me. The service is slow and the isles are narrow. I have been away on business for 3 weeks and as my work is in the rural areas I don't get near shopping centers. I spent 11 hours driving back home from the Cape on Friday the 31st January and went to Clicks on Saturday 1st February to collect the last repeat of my script only to be told that it had expired by 1 day. No consolation at all, they just don't care. I have decided that I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Cashier wasn't friendly at all. Didn't greet me or say anything. You'd think if you pay someone's salary they would at least be friendly! Where is the service we are expecting!!!

Again another great branch ive been to. Great to shop quick and out. There are usually no long ques and there are always specialls. Love it there.
