I had a bitter experience yesterday\\ from Volvo Service manager at Hatfield,Pretoria.Both the CMH Honda and CMH Volvo resides in the same compound.I came for servicing my Honda.Since the main entrance to the Honda service center was blocked by some vehicles,the security guard instructed me to get inside the Volvo service center building to bypass the blocked vehicle.So I drove inside the Volvo service center.At that time,the service manager of Volvo was sitting inside a car and blocking my way.I saw the security also talked to the manager to move his car a bit so that I can pass his car and move with my life.But he wasnt paying attention to anyone and keeps on talking.After waiting for 3 minutes I press my horn to get his attention and put my head outside and asked him to move his car from the middle of the service center so that I can move.He shouted at me and continued talking to the other guy.After his conversation got finished,he reversed his vehicle backwards,towards me just to show his dissatisfaction towards me.Anyway I moved my car backwards and then he gave me some way. It is something like he is having an ideology that we guys are coming there to get your free service.We are being charged for the service that we get and you guys are being paid well.So why do we need to see these kind of indecency from you guys.Really bad.Also one should give value for other one's time and effort.I was on the way to Joburg.I thought of dropping off my vehicle at Honda and go to Joburg.Since I got late here,I have to tell the person in Joburg that I will be a bit late. After reaching back home,when I checked the reviews about CMH Volvo managers its looks really bad.I dont know why the top management is entertaining these kind of people. Apart from that the CMH Honda service was absolutely amazing.They are showing willingness to take care of customer and I am fully satisfied with them.

Volvo CMH is the best place to be. New card in the showroom and pictures showing Volvo evolution. Staff are well trained to engage with customers. It is a professional environment. The parts l needed were there and reasonably priced. What an experience!

Untrustworthy, unfair and unprofessional. They better sort out their sales managers' act, fast. The law will come down on him via the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. You need to honor your quotes. I see I'm not the only one who complains about this. Go see the bad reviews on Hellopeter. The good reviews here might be fake.

Sad that I couldn't be offered lift or shuttle to my work place two weeks after we had purchased a new car from Durban and needed minor adjustment. Car brought back early enough dirt and unwashed. Disappointed.
