What a wonderful and professional experience to deal with you! They did my roof in 2019 and in December 2020 I had a complaint, they handled my complaint during the holiday and reworked the whole roof last week. All under their warranty, did not cost me a cent!! Now I know why I am a Connoisseur client for more than 20 years.

What a wonderful experience with Connoisseur Roofs! We had a leak in our garage roof, it was persistent and we had several "experts" come out, all of them telling us the same thing and none of them solving the issue. Johan came out, did an inspection of the entire roof, not just a section, and identified a totally different place where the actual leak was located. He thoroughly explained everything to us, and we accepted their very reasonable quote. Within that same week they sent a team. Jacques and his team sealed our entire roof, and as a bonus they were very friendly nd efficient. Throughout the storms in the last two weeks the roof held true, and we had absolutely no more leaks! We are so thankful. Thank you Johan, Jacques, and team.
Received very good service from these guys and will definitely recommend them. They were on time on the day of the job and their supervisor were on site for the duration of the work. They went beyond what was needed to repair my old roof and provided an acceptable warrantee period.
