Horrible experience, I arrived at the department at 13:55 and was the first in line. I waited to be assisted while the staff kept taking smoke brakes till 15:05 and I still never received assistance till I had to leave to fetch the little one from school. The staff was irritated every time I asked when is it my turn to be assisted since I am just in front of the line, I felt bad for the people behind me still to be assisted
No systems available at that department, no filling systems employees are doing as they wish without any respect
Even though the official who attended to me seemed not to know what to do about my enqury. One of his colleagues who was listening took over by taking the matter inside and came back with the clarity I was there several times without really being assisted. DMV needs to instil that if you don't know something, refer or get input from colleagues or superiors.
Difficult to see anyone with Covid 19 protocol and many of personnel not there currently. Waste of time
The queue is slower. They need to get more consultants.
