Called in last Thursday to book in my dog for grooming, the lady who answered took all my details and booked in the dog for Monday the 25th of January and said they will collect the dog between 9 and 11 am. Today is Tuesday the 26th of Jan and l'm still waiting
My dogs are handled with care by staff. Hair and nail always as requested. My dogs are not afraid or nervy when they are collected
