My wife went for a VERY expensive consultation with Dr M. Koning, and had to go for bloodtests. Since then, she has sent numerous emails and WhatsApps seeking advice, with little to no response. The receptionist keeps on saying that the doctor is extremely busy, but does not want to send contact details to get hold of the doctor. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience, I would recommend to not go to this practice, you'll be waiting 2 months for a simple answer on a simple question, and still get ignored.

Although the doctor was nice, getting feedback is a horrible experience. I was there a month ago and did bloodtests. I try to phone every day after 16:00, sometimes after 17:00, because thats what they told me to do. The cell phone number doesn't work and the land line is always busy. When I do get through I am told the doctor will get back to me, which never happens. This is very sad, cause I've paid a lot of money to go to that doctor specifically, and now the blood tests also feel like a waste

My wife needs feedback from Dr Oosthuizen. The level of service from the receptionist is appalling. Every time she calls, there is a lie about when the Dr is available. The receptionist has no manners as she slams the phone down on the client. Work ethic are rude and poor. Disgusted with this level of service!

Dr oosthuizen. I saw dr koning at your practice on 28 feb 2018 after being referred by a GP. I was sent for additional blood tests, conducted on 2 march. Since then i have had no feedback on the results. I contacted your rooms twice and requested a call back from dr koning. I also sent her messages using the numbers she gave me. To date nothing. Very unprofessional and irresponsible as i feel really sick.

I phoned them 5 times on 2017-06-06 15:00 every time somebody answers you can hear them in the background and then puts the phone down. Whoever was answering the phone did not wanted to work that day. This is very unprofessional for a Dr
