My dad died on the 15th of January 2021,when we request the doctor to sign the death claim form it is a hustle, The receptionist drops calls on us and she is very rude and we now have to chase them around for the doctor to sign those papers.

My dad was admitted to Montana hospital during level 4 of the lockdown with heart failure. As with the new regulations, we weren't allowed to visit and didn't know in what condition my dad was. I requested dr Koning to follow up with me on my dad's condition. Fortunately I didn't hold my breath, because I'm still waiting...7 weeks later. During my dad's follow up visit to dr koning, he didn't examine my dad. He only talked about his accident that he had in the beginning of the year and covid-19. And my dad was charged R700.00 for this "chat".
