If I make an appointment for 10h00, confirm the time 3 times prior to arrival to be told on arrival that I am slotted between 10h00 and 12h00 on a first come first serve basis, only to still be waiting at 13h00 to see the Dr, I am going to be pissed. I'm paying over R2000 for a consult and I wait 3 hours for a "slot" for private Healthcare. No.
