Shocking service! Firstly they advised on Thursday that we could collect our items on Saturday, but upon arriving just after 12 they were closed... It seems they changed their hours without updating it or informing us to take note of the new hours. Secondly upon driving back today (Tuesday) the lady advised that we could collect our jackets, but the suede jacket wasn't done yet. It seems they only do these jackets on Wednesdays and forgot to tell us. Thirdly the lady then has the cheek to answer that they didn't charge us enough for the cleaning of the suede jacket as it is actually R450 to clean it! You noted that is was suede when we gave it in! I will never be back! To think I drove 25min (3 times in a row) to try to support you. Disgusted.

I was charged a ridiculously high price for a simple straight forward repair job(5531) after a much lower verbal quote was given. After more than 35 years of supporting them ..... I will never go back

Horrible service. Asked them to amend a stap on a new shoe 3 weeks ago. When tried to collect my shoes, I was told that they too busy with other things. 3 weeks. Stay away.
