Their staff try to speak English but to no use, they don't give you the right information on their website and the forms are poorly available, they don't answer their phones and will rather help other Chinese people that walk in than you or while they are busy with you start talking to others who just came in. They are really bad at their job and don't even try. The worst place I have ever been to

Top notch service from the guy that collects your docs and making of copies, the consultants however don't seem to understand when you tell them the urgency of your application, I feel deflated. I'll just have to wait.

Absolutely poor customer service. You have to wait while the attendants take their time to finish using their phones for personal use and when they are finally done they relax a bit and then maybe call your ticket number. No respect what so ever, and not keen on helping someone to the right direction. Im very dissapointed

The admin guy is on his phone on Whatsapp and only turns people away with faults. He wasted 5 days of my time and I might lose the contract in China because of this.
