Very rude, toxic and unhelpful staff. An embarrassment to the international image of Korea.

Unhelpful staff at the counter. Indicated only upon arrival at the embassy that the visa document list is different than what was indicated in the website. Nor sure why these are not indicated online as to save a whole trip to the premises! Perhaps the only good part - the security at the gate was delightful! Perhaps the staff at the counter can take lessons from them.

Horrible experience with the woman at the visa department, she is rude and everytime i emailed or went there she didnt give me the proper information for the documents i needed, wasted my time and money on going there twice just to be told i still dont have the right documents but she didnt give me any proper details about the documents and she doesnt seem to care about her job or the reputation of the korean embassy, other people i have spoken have also commented that she doesnt care about doing her job well
