No working email address available and the phone just rings and rings and rings before the answering machine says not available. I don't handle inefficiency well. Government departments in most of the world are unforunately not known for their efficiency. This one's appears to be no different. Back to work!

Before applying for my VISA through the embassy, I called the them to make sure I had all the relevant documentation, they informed me that I had to pay the application fee before I came to them (which I did - R1600). Not once did they inform me that I may not apply for my VISA through them as I was a female under the age of 30 travelling alone with my son. None the less I drove some distance to apply at the embassy only to be told that I would have to apply through an agency - which I have now done at double the cost. I have applied for a refund over two months ago with no avail yet. I call the embassy and when the phone is answered BY SOME MIRACLE they cannot help me and put me through to the consulate department or the finance department who too, never answer their calls. Emails never get answered either. I am STILL waiting for my refund TWO MONTHS LATER. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!

Nobody answers the phones. I have tried calling numerous times over the course of a week. They do not respond to emails either. Very bad staff and was rude to my wife.
